Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

A UPS pre-paid shipping label will be provided so you can ship the item back free of charge. Once we receive the returned item we will ship out the replacement or issue a full refund.

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you may return it with the prepaid shipping label that has been emailed to you. 

For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return.

We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse.

Returns are processed within seven (7) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).

Returning Items for any other reason

All returned items must be in new, unused condition, include all the original packaging and be postmarked within 60 days of purchase date.

Use RA format RA-[your order number here].  If you do not have your order number you can use your email address used for the purchase or eBay item number.  Place this information on the outside of the packaging so that is readable and identifiable.

IF THIS INFORMATION IS NOT INCLUDED YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Returns of complete bikes, frames, group sets, kits, clothing and shoes will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Order cancelations prior to shipment of complete bikes, frames, group sets and kits may be assessed a 10% restocking fee

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If BCMultisport Beyond subsidized your cost of shipping in anyway (free shipping, promotion, or at a reduced rate) that cost will not be refunded.

BCMultisport Beyond reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was sent.

Order Changes and Cancellations

A request to cancel or change an order must be done by phone to ensure it can be processed in time.

We cannot change or alter a transaction after you have completed payment and checkout in any way.  To change an original transaction after payment has been made.  We cancel your order, and then you would need to place the correct order. These changes include but are not limited to size, color, quantity, style, and shipping address.

Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already shipped please see our above policies to receive a Return Authorization (RA) and arrange a return.
